BlogsBot is a SaaS platform published by Ollyn, allowing the generation, organization, and publication of content using artificial intelligence technologies. BlogsBot serves as an assistance tool for content production, without any guarantee of results.
2. Acceptance of the ToU
Access to and use of BlogsBot imply full acceptance of these ToU. The user acknowledges having read them before any use of the service.
3. Access to the service
BlogsBot is accessible via a user account. Certain features are offered as part of paid subscriptions. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and the use of their account.
4. Authorized Use and Prohibitions
The user agrees to use BlogsBot in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. It is strictly prohibited to use the service to produce, disseminate, or promote:
- illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, or misleading content;
- pornographic or sexually explicit content;
- content related to gambling, online betting, or similar activities;
- content promoting illegal substances or regulated activities without authorization;

Ollyn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Disclaimer
Content generated by BlogsBot is produced by artificial intelligence models. It may contain errors, approximations, or outdated information. BlogsBot provides no legal, editorial, marketing, or SEO advice.
The user remains solely responsible for reviewing, validating, publishing, and exploiting the generated content.
6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
BlogsBot does not guarantee any results in terms of organic search, traffic, positioning, or indexing on search engines. The user acknowledges that the use of automatically generated content may have SEO impacts (de-indexing, decreased visibility, algorithmic or manual penalties).
The rules and algorithms of search engines evolve autonomously and unpredictably. Ollyn has no control over the decisions made by these platforms and cannot be held responsible for the consequences related to the use of content on third-party sites or search engines.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Content generated via BlogsBot is exploited under the exclusive responsibility of the user. The user is solely responsible for their originality, legal compliance, and absence of infringement of third-party rights.
8. Subscriptions, Termination, and Data
In the event of termination or expiration of a subscription, access to the service is suspended. Data associated with the account may be deleted after a reasonable period. The user is encouraged to make any necessary backups before the end of their subscription.
Features presented as 'unlimited', including languages or content generation, are offered within the framework of reasonable and professional use of the service. In the case of clearly excessive or abnormal use, BlogsBot reserves the right to contact the user to propose a suitable solution.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ollyn shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of data, or commercial harm. In any case, Ollyn's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the last twelve months.
